A Pastor, a fellow Christian? First and foremost, a teacher is a friend, probably the most important friend you could have.
Teachers are essential to our lives not because they’re so much smarter, older, or more knowledgeable about spirituality but because they can see the heights of our potential and aren’t afraid to push us there.

"Here is a man who was born in an obscure village, the child of a peasant woman. He grew up in another village. He worked in a carpenter shop until He was thirty and then for three years was an itinerant preacher. He never owned a home. He never wrote a book. He never held an office. He never had a family. He never went to college. He never put his foot inside a big city. He never traveled more than two hundred miles from the place where He was born. I am part of the "Fellowship of the Unashamed." The die has been cast. I have stepped over the line. The decision has been made. I am a disciple of Jesus Christ. I won't look back, let up, slow down, back away, or be still. My past is redeemed, my present makes sense, and my future is secure. I am finished and done with low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, cheap giving, and dwarfed goals.

I greet you all in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Now don’t get me wrong, I am not comparing God’s love for us with Mum’s love for her children. But if you’ve got a few minutes to spare, I encourage you to read on.
Everybody knows God loves us beyond imagination because Pastor has said it again and again. Other religious leaders say it and the Holy Scriptures says it.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son” (John 3:16).

A seed was planted in the soil
What does the soil represent?
It represents your fears
Anything that angers you
Things you dislike
Things that bring you down
Things that make you sad, hurt or cry
Your past thoughts
Or thoughts of the future
