yes and no. Heaven is God's throne earth is footstool in other words heaven is where he reigns from it is where is throne is located (symbolically of course) Isaiah 66:1 Heaven therefore will be the headquarters of the kingdom of God we are told to pray for God's will to be done on earth as in heaven, THY KINGDOM COME. so the kingdom of God on earth is coming in gradually it still has imperfections as many of the parables and teachings of christ tell us in fact he is coming in the end to gather out of HIS KINGDOM everything that offends MATT 13:41. So whilst HEAVEN is pure and full of the rule of God the KINGDOM on the earth is like leaven it is growing and rising slowly and is like a mustard seed.
