Returns Policy

Products can only be returned for replacement or refund if:

• Product is in mint condition i.e as "new condition" and
• You show the receipt
• No part of it is written on
• The product is complete with original box, packing and accessories
• If returned within 14 days
• After 14 days product can be exchanged for another product
• After 28 days replacement or exchange can be done through the suppliers by the customers
• When product is not specially ordered
• All faulty CDs and DVDs will be replaced or refunded within 28 days of purchase
• All CDs and DVDs can be replaced only if they are faulty (Faulty CDs and DVDs can only be replaced for a similar product).
